So all of a sudden I am making $40+/day in my adsense account OUT OF NOWHERE. I dont even know where its coming from, I looked at every one of my sites I placed my code on and I cant find how im getting all this money!

On top of all this, adsense contacted me saying there are invalid impressions and clicks and my adsense can be disabled. How can I track down what site its coming form? I DONT HAVE CHANNELS SET EITHER.

You should setup some channels then. Or you can reply back from that email and ask Google where the invalid clicks are coming from.

do you have any form of stat tracking whatsoever? if so, view stats for a specific day to see which sites are referring to you the most, or which ip is most active.

All indications are that Google is planning to ban your account. I suggest starting to look for an alternative means of income, sorry.

As a very minimum setup separate channels for each website.

If I were you, I'd set up channels for all your sites, and shot an email to Google, so you can make sure those clicks aren't invalid.

This is what I do if I see a lot of clicks "out of nowhere":

Email Google AdSense Support and let them know immediately. Clarify that YOU are doing that.

Is this normal for google to contact you if they are suspicious?

It is normal if they have suspicions but are not sure. Brinked - do NOT listen the doom merchants it is NOT definite that you will lose your account. DO what Medusa advises and get in touch with Google.

You should definitely add chanells to all your pages. If you see "extra" clicks after that you may have had your code added to a website without your knowledge. If this proves to be the case you should again notify Google.

I would suggest it is vital that you are in touch with Google - that alone doesnt make you safe but its a good start.

I contacted google and asked which site its coming from so I can do my best to resolve the situation. Im a web developer and always working on sites so my code could accidentally be somewhere but then again i think the person would notice their adsense isnt getting any impressions, im getting 100k+ impressions a day yesterday i made $66 and today its going to be more than that. thanks for all the advice

You never know. Recently one of my new sites really picked up and overnight started earning 6-8 times what it normally did - hundreds and hundreds more visitors. Turns out that the site (old london maps) had been picked up by a genealogy email list, hundreds if not thousands of people were informed about it, and lots came in for a look see. I did inform google about it, worried about being banned! Perhaps someone has just noticed you. :)

seems like these could be invalid clicks, e-mail google saying you would like them to check into it.

Hunh. So, er, you "accidentally" insert your Adsense codes into other people's, er, websites, often? I mean, how does that work exactly? I'm unable to comprehend how your Adsense codes can manage to get encoded into someone's site...

One of close friends also has a website with Google SdSense on it. When he had some suspicions, I had asked him also to email Google.

They took about 1 week to investigate. Later they informed him that they were indeed invalid clicks. Since HE informed Google about it, he saved his account and lost only about $102 something that they recovered from his account.

    Good isn't it?
