Somehow your site is not opening up. I think google letters explains what the violation is. Display ads in between posts or at end of posts (not footer)
Google ads are running but you wont get payed for them. You are violating the program policy guideline: Remove the ADs from your whole site and review every thread if it maybe against Google TOS. You can then either remove every content that violates google adsense TOS or simply don't use adsense on this site. If you want to keep your account I would strongly advice you to act fast.

as someone already pointed out, it can be due to the "Violent content " reason. Just remove all ads from your forum and go through your entire forum and do some cleaning. Perhaps remove some of those pictures, they are mostly violent... add some nice and peaceful content and things should be ok.
