Now that they are not officially registered in the US, it will be difficult making any formal claims.

yes, Payza sucks in their support.
You must create a dispute, and HOPE for their reply.
LOL, their support sucks to the core. Don't know why they even exist today.

Payza is a not what we call a 'ethical' company. When they were called Alertpay, they lost their Verisign certification and BBB endorsement. I guess their merchant accounts with Visa/Mastercard was in big trouble too. This is why they rebranded from Alertpay to Payza and they are now registered in the UK. All you can do is contact Visa/Mastercard and hopefully someday after a lot of complains their merchant account will be banned.

How do I get my $750 out of Payza? I sent them the money a month ago: Support says they always need more time- ALWAYS.. delay delay delay: A month to "review my money to release it? I wanted to use it to spend on Traffic Monsoon and Traffic Goals- rev ad share programs. How do I complain? Support sucks! I am in US!

You will need to contact them directly and ask, complaining on this forum will not help you much. It looks from the past posts here that people have to write off the money!

Mate, why you don`t start a thread of your own with this problems of yours... I see you post same thing on old threads like this one.

And to everybody else. Nobody close your account at Payza without a reasone LOL. you all are so funny. First of all, you all stop doing fishy deals and businesses, and then you will see that Payza and any other processor won`t close your account ;) ... i`m just saying, But from what i know, if you keep your deals and business clean, you won`t have problems with anybody ;)

    Cheers

Payza is an Indian Scam, for indian called FAIROZ PATEL..

And it's is the worst payment processor that ever exist.reason below:
1- Customer service is very poor.
2- Count verification taking up to 4 weeks or more.
3- Sending Funds & withdrawal taking up to 2 weeks or more.
4- The most idiot thing is that your money is NOT SECURE while laying in your Payza account, since they can reverse your cash balance without a single notification and at any given time, and they can do this even after submitting your withdrawal request and getting Payza confirmation that transaction is under process, Then BOOM, you Money gone with a click" Stay away from Payza is a big SCAM

I’ve love over 3500USD from my hard earned cash LLLL

My advice to everyone “Stay away from Payza is a big SCAM”!!!!!

If you don’t believe me!! “Payza doors are open 24/7 go and try and you will learn”

My advice it is the same. Stay away from Payza... and if you lost money or accounts with Payza until now, You probably won`t see them again ever... Maybe after 6 months from the day you got blocked you can recover the money. But you can say bye bye to your account. And after that you should stay away from them.

First of all, they don`t have a phone number for support. This is a big RED FLAG. Second, the ticket support and live chat ar the worst from what i`ve seen until now. It is not normal to wait 2-3 weeks for a simple answer. And anyway the live chat most of the time is offline, and it is usless anyway :p... If you want to lose money, chose Payza as your payment processor :p :D
