As you all aware that internet marketing is very much depending on email list, just wonder where can I get the list? Any idea? I have tried to purchase the email address but none of them are working, mostly are spammers email. Anywhere else that I can get the address? Please help. Thanks

First of all, online marketing does not depends on emails! Second, if you want to get email addresses I recommend building your own list, otherwise, you will be purchasing lists without knowing what are their interests. Good Luck!
Before you use any lists you find, it's likely wise to do a few things... Check with your host about their spam rules. Sending mass emails you buy can quickly get your account suspended. Check with the free email sites (gmail, yahoo, etc) and look at their usage agreements. You may find you are doing nothing but filling up peoples spam folders. In MOST cases, the word 'unsolicited' is the key! If people are not signing up specifically to get your emails, you are a spammer in most eyes.

Generating your own list is the best. Then you are sure the email addresses are valid and in use and that they match your audience. Other option when you are running a company, get (buy) the list of a bankrupt company (which should be of course in the same line of business).
It doesn't matter where you get email addresses from, if you do not have a relationship with them, nothing will happen. Build your own list is the best
I echo the comments of a lot of other posters here and recommend building your own, CAN SPAM compliant email list, using a third-party autoresponder service such as aweber.com or getresponse.com (Aweber is considered the best, but getresponse is very similar and just as good imo, and it has better pricing options than aweber). If I were in your position, I would look to build an email list by sending traffic to a squeeze/landing page. Make sure you give people a reasons to subscribe to your list as well (like a free report/gift, or email course). Make them an offer that makes it enticing for them to sign up to your list.
You should try Adding AWeber on your site which get's traffic and you should start getting people subscribing to your list. You can also try offering something free stuff for there mail IDs.
The problem with other peoples lists is that they are going to be spammed to death by a list of people they sold to, as well as the original owner. This means the best way to build a list is either yourself wit a newsletter / subscribe option on your website(s), and maybe co-registration where you team up with others in your niche to share emails if they optin.
