    Guys,
I have tried to purchase 3 lettered domain names but I donno where I can buy them.

Looks like the site where I buy domain names do not have the facility to get a 3 lettered domain name for me.

Can you suggest some good sites where I would be allowed to purchase a 3 lettered domain?

    Thanks in advance.

If you're looking for 3 letters, you might want to have about $3000-$10,000 ready for even a very cheap name. All 3L's have obviously been sold, so your only hope is looking at auction sites.

    Thanks for the suggestions guys.

    But, a small doubt again.

How did these people earlier register those domains? Were the 3 lettered domains sold by everyother website or what, just like now many domain name registrations r there?

They might have registered them about 6-10 years ago when you could still register them.

Wow, this 3 letter phenomenon was there from 6-10 years back. I never even would have thought about domain names at that time :D

    Thanks for the info Kid.

YB.com was sold for $125,000. well you can find such few words domain names at DNJournal. They provide an up to date on what is currently selling and the prices each domain has been auctioned for. Hope i have been able to contribute to your request.

    I have vcq.biz for sale - $25 ;)
If you are looking to reg 3L .gTLD domains than you can do it only with .name , the others gTLDs are taken. Or you can register 3L .ccTLD

    Good luck
