Just watch out using this automated tools, a few years ago Google banned your web sites if you were using Web Position Gold because this tool make a lot of request in a short period of time.

Now they only ban your IP for a certain period of time because they think that you're a bot, so consider using proxies.

 

1. choose proper keyword through https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
2. build a site by putting the keyword
3. add backlinks to the site
4. wait the site will be the top ranking

They don't seem all that accurate.

I rank #1 for a particular search term, and half of the above sites don't show any ranking.

I also use this tool, its really works, great.
+5 or - 5 difference will be there, but mostly it's accurate.

 

It depends on the Datacenter that you're checking, different locations access different Datacenters, that's why the variations of rankings...
