Where all to list a product for sale?

I have a friend who wants me to help him with some Internet marketing for their sort of high end biometric security product.

I suggested we list at least one of the low end products on Amazon and other stores just to raise awareness. What other stores should we list at?

I am thinking like Amazon.com, eBay Stores, Yahoo Stores, Half.com, Google Base, etc. We'll work out the specifics of the monthly fee or whatever to see if it makes sense later, right now I am just fishing for as many options as possible..

Where else can we list his product?

ratings sites like ciao ?
create a site and have things like digg etc link in?

 

List it at www.caklassifieds.com free

 

I am talking about "big", no-brainer places to get it listed (except that I don't have a brain :- ).

For instance, I don't know if Buy.com let's people list products as Amazon does.

Google Base is a given.

What other places?

don't use ebay then, all buyers on there want it at bargain prices.

 

Actually since the listing fees are even lower now, I don't mind listing on eBay...even if I don't ever get one direct sale from eBay - at least we'll be advertising the product and getting awareness out regarding the product.

Google Base
?

I feel I'm sure I'm missing some other biggies..
