Incoming links I guess but maybe someone else can explain better as I haven't used the plug in.

Maybe it means links between posts on your site? or linking within own website?

If yes, you can try related post plugin.

 

I was thinking the related posts plugin as well. There's a couple different ones. Some of them base their results on tags added to the post. Some use keywords.
