    I use a doubel opt-in newsletter and myspace bulletins to send out site update notices. My target user is a motorcyclist/biker.

    What day of the week and time of the day do you think is best to send these out?

    i dont send newsletters anymore, but when I did, tuesday was the best day for me, friday and monday the worst.
