Depends on the person. I notice anything that looks out of place. The first place I look when meeting a new person is their eyes. Then depending on what they were wearing and whether its a male or female. A low cut top on a large breasted woman always seems to be an eyecatcher LOL
When I meet a guy I first notices their hair. But when I meet girls for the first time, I know its bad but what I first notice is their breast
I must talk to a person to like it/dislike it How it looks dresses up it isn't important Damm i dress like a raper(here who dresses like that it's belived they don't have money etc) but i have but i dress like that becouse i love it .....
