It may take some time to do it but google will ultimately remove it as now your link is giving a 404 message so Google knows that the page is no more available.

to get removed your links from google in one hour or in just one day, use google webmasters tools (URL removal). either google will shows not found error in your webmaster tools.

Just de-index those posts in Webmaster tools or redirect those links to homepage.

Well, yes it would still appear over the Search engine, but yes they gets de-indexed after sometimes i.e. when the google spiders came back to your page and don't find the article or content over there, they are going to get de-indexed.

It will take time to don't show deleted linkes on search results. Google will remove results when it will visited your site and not found deteted links there.

Answer is yes.. they will still appear in search results because they have index that pages & it will be seen.. So, I f you don't want to to seen in search results then redirect all the links to the home page. So that you can still get the traffic from that post.

    Or

    Remove that URL from webmaster...

Because Google uses Cache memories, your blog may appear for few weeks before totally deleted.

Or if you are really unlucky they'll still be there after several years. I have a blog where I out scammers. One fellow got particularly riled at being identified and set his lawyers onto me. I reluctantly removed the posts and continued to get his legal threats for years because the posts were cached in Google. He acknowledged that they weren't on my site but expected me to magically take them down from Google.
