When you buy a site, whose ads go on?

When you buy a site, does the creator of the site keep his/her ads on? Or when it's your site, can you put your own ads on?

 

That's the purpose in buying a site, to earn revenue. YOUR ads go on.

 

Sometimes you can make it a condition of the sale for the site to include your ads---if not you have to do it yourself. I saw your post in the other thread, I bought 3 sites from him and he installed my ad codes all 3 times. Go get your ad codes, it will take you 20 minutes to set up 3 or 4 accounts.

 

Once you purchase a website you are the sole decision maker as to what content (including ads) are on it. Remember, the website belongs to you and no one else

It all depends on what the agreement was between you and the seller.

In most cases, the new owner has complete control over the website.
