For me, when I'm very bored. Usually I'm sleep and play a basketball or meditate. listen Music is seldom in my opinion.
if i am happy i love to go for a drive or listen to music, but when i am very troubled or disturbed i just go to sleep, thats the only way i calm down.
I suffer with bipolar (manic depression) so when I feel most troubled the only thing that works with me is usually sleep. I just try and sleep it off and usually wake up feeling better, but not always. Would love to be able to meditate but I just dont think i cold do it.
