    when you are ill, i don't think you like to eat anything. As I see the people who fall ill, they don't seem to eat and drink properly. I also don't like to eat in my illness time.

    During illness, instead of solid food... I would prefer liquids as they are easy to digest. Natural fruit juices always come in handy at such times as they provide you with all necessary vitamins! :)

    Cream of chicken soup...........I'll mix it a little thin and drink it from a coffee cup. If there's nausea, nothing at all except to sip clear liquids to keep hydrated.
