When women ask for things....

My experience with many women is they they have no problem asking for things they want. It could be a date or a relationship or just a friend. They tend to feel entitled to gifts, meals or whatever.

Guys tend to want physical affection? No? I think so.

In more recent years I figure if she is not shy about asking for my hard earned money I shouldnt be shy about asking for what I want from her. So I'll straight out tell her you need to have sex with me or whatever it is I want. It might or might not be sexual.

Put up or shut up basically.

What do you think of that? I see no problem with it.

Actually it works well. You weed out the users right away. If she wants something why shouldn't she respond in kind?

Then there are the women who don't want anything and I wouldn't respond to them in that way.

I just happen to date/hang with a lot of females and I'm surprised at how many assume they can just get stuff for free, then they are shocked someone like me actually shows no shame in asking the same thing they are asking me.

Men should be as unashamed as women are when dating.

Cool, she sounds like a winner. And by no means I'm talkin about all women.

I'm serious. That might not apply to your girl cause she's nice.

I'm talking about chicks in general I've run into lately who are just used to dominating and running over men. If shes so bold as to ask for stuff, guys should be the same, I know I am. If shes offended tough luck....move on sweeheart...I know I will.

It doesn't appear as if you hang around with the right kind of women to be perfectly honest with you.

i think he just dont like to give someone he cares about, something for free, as a gift, an expression of love, a token of thanx for spending so much to look good for me.

guys think looking good for them is cheap. well when you think of the cost of make up and nice clothes just to look good for you, so your mates will think you are a lucky git having a good looking girl. then maybe you'll see it in a different light.

there is a difference in asking for something you are going to get the benefit of too. than asking to bend over and take your knickers off.

in my eyes you are not the type of person a girl should be with.

I do agree that asking for material possessions is a hell of a lot different than asking for frickin' sex. I'm not saying one or the other is right or wrong.. but you are trying to compare apples and oranges.

Screw that. I'm never asking a man to buy me a home - I'll buy my own damn house.

In usual demands, Girls don't usually ask for something directly, they have their own way to place an order :D and the man sometimes doesn't notice (or ignore :D ) what is he required to do so the girl reforms her request with a bit more commanding way

But when it comes to gifts and such, you just have to do it yourself to be a true gentleman ;) And i usually do send flowers with a gift attached

Yike, Sounds like you need to swim in better waters.

I've always taken the view that being given gifts in a relationship was almost like buying ones affection. I just can't stand the thought of that.

One of my old school friends use to dump boys after the 5 or 6 date if they had not given her a present or something she wanted. She is now 36 and still single. I wonder why.
