LOL, I can't stand this crap when I read it on forums. We're all webmasters, that's why we're here. I don't understand why people start attacking others' origins, cultures or backgrounds. I would love an explanation of a "typical American". I'm already laughing at it's hilariously misguided, narrow minded definition.

BTW, I happen to be American in case you couldn't tell, and I wish this story were true. My view is share the wealth. Probably contradicts what a "typicaly American" would say though.

It's also prejudiced to generalize every American by whatever factors you're pre-judging all of us by. Sorry about the long post, I just hate crap like this.

Don't be so upset over what he said. We all have to live with prejudices. In the case of us Germans, it's really true that we all walk around in Lederhosen all day and only eat Sauerkraut and drink beer. Makes you wonder what else is true.

Ouch! I thought the news was really valid. I guess we all have to wait for an actual YPN release for Asia. Which may seem like, never!

I think everybody is sick and tired of Adsense. Once it rolls out. It will be a mad scramble. Just hope YPN can cope with the stampede

ypn still has a huge targetting problem. until this is fixed and tested over a period of time, dont expect an international release. its not going to happen. an international release without fixing their targetting issues would close the project as advertiser after advertiser jumps out of the content network. ysm is already and has been losing advertisers with a limited beta run of ypn. imagine what an international release would do to them.

Well they do have a targeting problem, but great to know they are going international, they will get a lot of customers but they may not because of their targetting problems, we'll have to just wait and see what happens

well YPN isnt going public any time soon as as for the $1/click that just depends on what ads they show it is hardly $1/click and when it goes public expect more or less the same pay as the rest STAY IN BETA LOL!

Yahoo has been in beta for so long and I doubt they will ever get it together, its a long test period uuhhh.
the delay in accepting international publishers even with US traffic is very odd.

blah blah blah.... you are all so naive, WHO said it will be better than adsense ? No one, so where is this hassle coming from ?

Yes, it's quite good for US webmasters. I doubt Y will handle competition with G worldwide ever. G has offices all over the world (in Moscow as well), what do Y have? US only.
