    I update my technology blog daily, however my personal blog is updated weekly, but I post daily at times too!

    I try and get at least 5 posts made on each blog everyday. Usually doesn't happen, so I just make at least 2 posts on each blog.

    It depends on when I have time to write quality content.

    It's always quality over quantity, better to post few times and have quality good articles/post than mindless things everyday. If you can write good posts everyday, that would work even better :)
