When will the ability to allow Merchant Center Feed data surface for the UK?

I have Adwords & I want to be able to share that content I have in Merchant Center to it as per:

http://adwords.blogspot.com/2009/11/product-extensions-available-to-all-us.html

But upon further reading this is only for U.S customers.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
