When will Linkshare be Stable?

    I've been waiting since February to see this company get everything back to normal- or atleast sending out correct check amounts.

    It seems they arbitrarily pick an amount and send that. They have misspellings on their pages, no structure for tech-support, anyone have news on when this garbage will be finished?

    I gave up on them, and the $2K+ they owe me.

    Sorry for just bitching and not having any news worth posting about them. I see the name linkshare and it makes me want to hit something:)

    They will be stable (relatively anyway) when Commission Junction acquires them and all their affiliates are rolled into CJ.

    I had the same experiences with LS in the past 6 months. Never get paid since joined them. The merchants payment status stays at Feb 2005, looks like the merchants haven't sent payments to LS. Until one day, one of my merchants sent me email said they have paid LS long time ago for my commission. I got really mad, and started to email Linkshare telling them that I'm not happy with what happened. (no way to find their phone number). Finally sb replyed and explained that they are updating new system...i need to do this...i need to do that...now i finally got my very first commission check, thank god.

    Don't give up the money they owned you. Contact your merchants directly and tell LinkShare what you've got from your merchant. You will get paid eventually(I hope, and don't forget to tell them you are really, really piss off;) )

    Well Im completely updated, that isnt the problem. The checks come monthly, but rather than their correct amount, its like 15-30% lower.

    I hope CJ does aquire them- any hint as to whether that will actually happen shawn?

    No plans that I know of, although I've been telling CJ they need to. :) I've noticed merchant migrating from LinkShare to CJ on their own though (buy.com for example), so...

    CJ is a lot better than LS in many aspects. I almost gave up Linkshare for that long waiting checks and email responses. What do you think bout Clickbank?

    Id quit on them if the sales weren't what they are...

    On another note- I took the read only part of cj to mean they would have stats available at all times, just not downloadable- or does this mean we wont see an update until sunday?
