(When) will increasing my landing page Quality score reduce my min CPC?

Assuming I have a campaign optimized as much as possible, all that is left now is to increase the quality of my landing page(s) right?

But, will my average CPC be reduced automatically? (Again assuming I increase the QS of the landing page correctly) or do I have to contact Google and request some sort of manual review?

I know I am paying too much for my search bids because I ran the same campaign on a different site last week which I "feel" has a VERY high quality score for the landing page.

    I hope that makes sense.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I think the quality score is calculated automatically and not manually.

Yea, that's grand but will my CPC be reduced automatically once this is done? (Again, assuming my landing page QS actually does increase)

It could. Lots of variables so a simple yes or no answer isn't really possible.
