My friend is using Paypal(I also ask him to pay for myself which is why I am posting this question) and he verified using his citibank credit card. Now the paypal account got verified, paypal charged $1.95 but we didn't got expunge number, neither in mail nor in this months' Credit Card Bill. I have no idea how this work but shouldn't he be getting something by now ? the sending limit of $100 is killing me. Any suggestions ?
The 4 Digit code should have been present in the Credit Card Monthly Statement. Are you absolutely sure that the Monthly statement is for the month in which your friend had added the Credit card to the paypal account? If you are sure, take the monthly statement and show it to your bank and ask them to double check if the statement is correct or have missed a few transactions.. If nothing helps there, then you have no option but to email Paypal regarding the matter, maybe they can send the 4 digit code again.. Best Regards, Kulwinder.
The Credit Card is certainly showing the deduction of $1.95 and the bill is till 25th May. Where will the expunge number be mentioed ? I will ask him to look precisely.
hmm..yeah, ask your friend to look precisely. Also do you remember the date when he had entered the card to paypal account? That would be helpfull while emailing paypal or even clarifying at the bank. Best Regards, Kulwinder.
