When will Google start answering our questions?

is there a day the Google Answer come back to answer our qustions?

Nice idea! But I also think Google is now having too many products besides its main search business and thus give itself too many competitors.

The problem is that too many people will ask the same stupid question: When will PR update ?

 

They do answer questions and almost within a day. Once I got a reply in exactly three hours . I posted questions to them 4 times .

 

That is probably because you ask relevant and smart questions

 

Yeah in all fairness, Google have always replied to my emails where I require a response.

Things like unusual click activity etc, goes un-replied though, but I trust they do read them nonetheless as I still have my account

 

Many times as mentioned the Google team will answer the emails they receive but I guess they will not be offering some phone supports to their members or users. Assume one day they do this and guess what happens; thousands of calls made from people who are complaining about rankings drops or asking questions on how to promote their sites.

I have seen Matt Cutt answering emails of webmaster but there is not any definite time when it is answered but it depends on him.

 

When you become one of their biggest client, then sure they will answer your every single question

You should give it two weeks to go. I received Google's resply after I bombed them with a lot of messages for a couple of weeks.

 

I think Google should start an open service, where all could have answers from Google.

 

I dont think Google Answers are required. Google do not want to start service which is already present. They always do the new..
