When will Google adsense send out the Tax paper ?

    They send it out 1099s by the end of January.

    Legally by the end of January, although sometimes it takes longer.

    Hmm, google may NOT be able to send you your 1099. It is in the name of your old corporation and with only that information on file, that is I think the only place Google can send the form! (I am neither a lawyer nor accountant, of course, but I sense there are all sorts of privacy and confidentiality rules which would preclude sending "copies" to anyone else, without some sort of official documentation like a court order.
