    If you become eligible (that is reached the minimum payout of $100) they will send you the payment in next PIP schedule.

    If you reach $100 this month (February)
    google will send moeny after March 15.
    The cheque will at your door in April 1 to 10 days.

    Have you gotten the PIN! it verifies the address and location otherwise you can use other Payment Option for payment

    In average, 25 to 35 days after the end of the month when you reached $100.
