    Hi Everyone

I have a Halloween site that I use commission Junction for the affiliate.

As for the last 30 days, I have got a total of over 475 clicks BUT

    Not one sale!!

Am I doing something wrong or is it because my site is to new

    www.halloweencostumesonline.net

    Thanks
    Edson

Hi, I am pretty much a noobie here, but I wanted to post and say I liked your site. The top banner is very nice, and your site has a clean layout. Good luck with your site! I hope your sales pickup soon for the halloween season!

When I click on an ad I go to the site buycostumes.com and I cannot see any Halloween dress. That might be the cause. Check it out.

duh it redirects to adult costumes especially valentine's day. Totally untargetted landing page isnt gonna make you anything. Choose the halloween landing page or change advertiser.

Giving users banana when they want apple, isnt gonna make them buy one. Remember. Good luck

Can you tell me what post your talking about? I have made sure and added the links to go with every post. I tried to make it targeted as possible.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Ok, I see what your talking about. right Now I using a add rotator plugin. the guys that created it said that they are working on creating ads that are more specific.

What do you think I should do?

take out the banners and add google adsense, or ebay affilliate?

    tell me what you think

In cj You should verify affiliate websites before showing up your ads. Ads on relavant sites gives more response for sale or lead.

Try to run campaign geographically, according age & categories.

I just checked some of your links... and it appears as though all your cj affiliate links are timing out - which certainly isn;t going to help matters

    TIPS: Make sure you read

Your website looks great. No doubt about that.

But I don't think it's presenting the right face for selling products.
WATa little too much text on the front page. Puts people off. Change the font size as well, maybe a little larger but not too lsrge.

TRY USING IMAGES WHETHER ITS PRODUCTS OR WHATEVER

Display your shop RIGHT ON THE FRONT PAGE. People are lazy. They might not want to browse.

Put on a hot girl. Always helps, guys like eye candy and girls like cool stuff that makes them look hot.

Put some testimonials or something of the sort. Something that a shopper can use as a foundation that their money is well invested.

Hope this gets you some sales.
