    Not sure, but google directory update their data from DMOZ once per month.

    No, I had a site listed in DMOZ in August and the G directory still doesn't list it.:mad:

    Agreed, the days of Google updating their directory monthly are long gone. Think it's as frequently as quarterly?

    i got the impression they don't pay too much attention to it when i saw the "2005" copyright notice at the bottom

    Dmoz hasn't added any new sites since last September/October so no new sites have been added to Google since before that.

    It's anyone's guess as it seems the directory has little importance any more.

    They have worked very hard to improve the efficacy of their duplicate content filters. I suspect the answer to your question is "no".
