Ebay is not seeing impressions or clicks, and I don't know why.

How so? The Campaign ID goes in the Campaign ID field, not the Custom ID field, right?

    07,

Your campaign ID is the string of numbers that are created when you create your campaign, and that is what goes in the campaign ID field. The custom ID can be anything you want it to be such as the name of your site, the placement where you have the link on your site (such as left side, right side, top or whatever). The custom ID is for your testing and/or tracking purposes if you would have more than one link or creative on the same page such as using an RSS feed and one of the custom search boxes. If you give each one a custom ID, that will let you know which link is producing more clicks.

This page explains in detail for you.

Hope I was of some help!

yeah, as fisherwoman highlited, custom ID is for tracking purposes.
for example, you can assign different ID for different promotion traffic as follow:

    http://afflink.com/?=PPC
    http://affilink.com/?=SEO

Then, your sales report will show that which of the method is generating sales for you.
