When using Ad Placements

    Say I choose Youtube.com as one of my ad placements...will the ad only then show on YouTube.com or will it show on the content network and search as well?


    And if I wanted to show mainly on YouTube.com then I would bid highest on youtube.com right?

    Also....when placing bids....

    what is the DEFAULT? CONTENT? PLACEMENTS?

    -Default is what? Google search?
    -Content is when it shows on sites that use adsense and a page related to my keywords it will show up.
    -Placements obviously being which sites I target to advertise on

    Am I right?

    Default is the default bid... Content bid is what you placed for content network & placement is bid for selected placements... if you are doing placements then depending on the site selected the bids can be high... with youtube always go with CPC & not CPM else you will lose your shirt...

    Yes you will only be shown on youtube if you select that as your placement. In case you don't see any impressions for several days, consider increasing your bid.
