For me, When i feel dissappointed i usually go do something i like [ kind of travel ]. but usually it depends on what im dissapointed in. Disappointment is nothing more than expectations not meeting your demands. If you don't expect it, it becomes a plus. Most important When i'm dissappointed, the only thing that can cheer me up is family. And how about You Guy! When the time you felt disappointed what did you do?
The time i felt most disappointed was when one of my friends suffered sudden cardiac attack . I thought heart problems could only happen to people who are old or ill. I could do nothing at that time so i felt helpless and stupid. From there onwards i have promised to my self that i will take CPR and AED classes. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training are designed to give you the confidence and skills while saving a life in an emergency situation. To assist a victim experiencing an emergency medical situation one need to be trained in first aid. CPR is the first major part of treatment that is required in sudden cardiac attack followed by AED.
When I am disappointed, I usually close my eyes and try to remain still for several minutes at a stretch. I usually search for a way out from despair...from within! Regards, RightMan
