When StumbleUpon flags your account

... is there a way to right it, or do I have to register an alternate username?

(As I said in another thread, apparently most of my recent Stumbles suddenly stopped entering the SU rotation. Everyone said it was because I was stumbling my own blog posts, though it was spread over several blogs and they were popular anyway, so I'm skeptical, but...)

I tried to Stumble some other, non-me pages, and of maybe 6-7 pages, maybe 1-2 made it through (showing on my favorites page).

(With my eBay sites, SU was good; a few hundred visitors or more per post, and a few always bought something. Now without that traffic I'm struggling to find other sources.)

I've never heard of this problem, did you try contacting SU?

Not yet, hadn't thought of that.

I did some Stumbling today -- it seems that my account isn't banned, but I can't discover certain sites' pages. I found some music sites, and some news sites, and "discovered" them on Stumble. Plus I discovered a new one of my site's pages, then stumbled a couple more non-me pages.

Most of them seem to have gone through ok, though some didn't. (I know at least one of the ones that seem to have gotten lost was from some online news site I'd never been to, much less Stumbled, before today. Like the page from my own site, that news story didn't appear in my favorites, though a page I Stumbled afterwards did.)

This can't be how it's supposed to work?? What does SU stand to gain by not allowing users to SU various random pages?

There's sometimes 'lag time' for SU to update your favorites page.

    I don't think that's the problem though. I Stumble/discovered maybe 10 pages, but only #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 showed up. Of #6, 8 and 9, one was from a blog of mine, 2 were just pages I found on the web.

I know it does that with reviews as well.
