I had a friend who was banned and he would like some more specific information as to why. I am not sure if he did something wrong or if he is innocent but he did not get 9 infractions and the last one got him banned, it was all at once. He tried emailing but got no response and when I asked for info I could not get it due to privacy concerns. Who can he contact to get a reply from? Thanks in advance!
It was very vague, "Screwing around in buy, sell, or trade" He would like a detailed reason like, "You hijacked this guys thread on this post" or something to that effect.
Then I guess he will only be able to answer you..... I am sure he knows what he was doing in b/s/t...... People are not banned for no reason... This thread is now pointless and should be closed.
a) It could be a resource for future banned people b) I want information, if this guy did something wrong he won't tell me c) If someone has not gotten an email from the admin like col says, they should get one
B if he wont tell you what has it got to do with you? nothing, so shhh and butt out, C he has got the email, maybe he dont wanna tell you, and it's just easier telling you he dont know why, when he does know why, either way it has nothing to do with you.
Well, just ask your friend to contact the mod. "Screwing around in BST" definitely means that he was either scamming/spamming/hijacking.
Read the FAQ.......and play by the rules dude.....and you won't get banned.... People don't banned unless they break the rules... Simple as that .......
He has sent emails and not gotten a reply, could you recommend someone to email about this? Maybe you are right, I would just like to know which email is a reliable email for banned people to send emails to in order to get a reply though.
ask him if he turn off the "receive email from admin" option from the user CP. Some people turn it off and the email won't be sent to them
