I have just had a chargeback from someone and on the details it says that paypal require the seller to contact them to dispute but thats only it. Where are you suposed to contact them? They don't provide any information for where to send the email to. Can someone advise?
On the dispute form, in the member area there should be a 'respond' button. You must select this and 'provide as much evidence as possible'. Good luck.
