When should the next links snapshot start?

    The PR update will happen sooner or later and your numbers will be a result of your existing links during the snapshot period.

    So when should it start?
    I am wondering if it's too late for me to get some high PR links

    dont stop getting quality links coz this will give lots of credits...
    if you can do this continues well, much better. Remember that G loves it.
    Even you passed the time period it will benefits in future....

    PR seems to be updating more rapidly in the last few months so I would expect any time soon..
