your check got lost. you say your from New Jersey?there should no reason why you wouldn't get the check by the 8th. it only takes 5 days to mail across the country. when i lived on the east cost i always got it before the end of the month of the same month it was issued. google says if you haven't got it by the 25th of the following month,you request a reissue.
