I decided to try something different. I doubled my daily advertising budget and my ROI has more than doubled. So if I'm spending $50 a day, I'm now seeing gross daily profits of around $130 - $150, so I"m netting out about $100 day. I can't say that if I spend $100 a day, I'll gross $300 a day, but I might try it to see.

We'll see how this month ends up, but I'm expecting to spend around $1200 this month in ppc to gross around $2800.

I haven't used adWords for quite a while, but when I did I found that if you decided, for whatever reason, to take a break from using it (i.e. halting your campaign) you could very easily loose your AdWord keyword ranking position!

Ugh. Look at all the talking parrots saying seo. ... Repeating what they hear from other talking parrots. *rolls eyes*

Are any of you Polly's on page one in a search under the most typed in keywords?

    Anybody???

    That's what I thought.

christian231, that's good! But it can change on you, so be prepared.

But whatever happens, just don't give up.

Advertising, next to word of mouth is the only real way to bring in a lot of traffic, which, in turn, brings in a lot of money.

    Just ask Craig Newmark. heh

It's not posting in blogs, squidoo, articles, links, and crap like that.

I myself, and other advertisers spend thousands of dollars by placing ads in other webmasters' sites, and outside the Net, but we also make a lot too.

    Think volume!

Those few dollars here and there adds up.

Before you know it, you are quitting your day job.

    It's that easy.

    Good luck.

If you're getting clicks but no sales, then it's either the keywords your using aren't targeted enough, or your landing page/sales copy needs tweaking.

If you're not getting clicks at all, then either the keywords you're using aren't targeted enough, or your PPC ad needs tweaking.

Regardless of whether you're getting more conversions by bumping up your ad spend, those are still areas you want to look at so you can maximize your conversions and minimize your costs.
