When Paypal changes the conversion rate

    hi guys...

    Forex rate goes increase and decrease numbers of times in a day. But Paypal update the changes only 2-3 times.

    Does anyone know When Paypal change the conversion rate??

    Not totally sure but i think paypal updates it every 12 hours..

    I think it updates once in 24 hrs because most of the times the conversion rate seems to be constant.

    AFAIK,the exchange rate is updated daily
