    A Business account allows you to create Multi-User Access which allows others to access to specific areas only as selected by you. Upto 200 such Multi-user accounts are permitted and for each different permissions can be allocated.

    I dont know the paypal policy regarding this - one person living in non allowed country. All I know in paypal , users can be created to access it

    It is not for business partners but for employees of your company. They might suspect if the multi user is from a country where Paypal is not allowed.

    When I asked them, they said that it had to do with issues with banking systems of the country and that they were working on it to offer that service as soon as possible for that specific country I inquired about.

    I don't think its a matter of "you live there, you don't have the right".

    Maybe just the way the whole system is organized..

    Its the reply I have received from them ages ago , may be in 2004. Its their already prepared reply to answer query about paypay's operation in any non paypal support countries.

    i agree with him but if you think about it nearly every one uses paypal nowadays , im not saying everyone, some have alert pay or moneybookers too...

    also i think you can get an Prepay Visa Credit card.... maybe you can verify with that?

    Paypal may will be refused or won't get enough attention from Bangladeshi Political Govt. to start working in bangladesh, I think within next 4/5 years.
    In Bangladesh we have just only 1/2 k paypal user (highest) and our transaction is also not that much to give priority.

    If today paypal is not allowed in Bangladesh then tomorrow it will allow all the countries in the world.
    Open alternate to paypal account if you need urgent.
    you can contact admin of paypal and request for it.
