    Read the adsense FAQ, you have to wait to reach $100 first, then Google will pay.

    you have to earn 100 dollars, then the are net 30 after that. YOu can't specify when YOU want to get paid.

    Yes you can. You can hold payments as long as you want after you reached $100.
