When paid per 1000 impressions

    When an affiliates pays per 1000 impressions, do you only get paid each time you get 1,000 impressions? Or if say they pay 1.00/1,000 impressions and you have 100 impressions do you get $0.10? Or with 1,100 impressions do you get $1.10?
