    I have been waiting one day but there is no update on my page rank

    why?but Iwebtool Google page rank prediction shows me a page rank of 4 why

    Google pagerank prediction tool on Iwebtool isn't accurate..Don't rely on such sort of tools.

    mine updated today, most homepages stayed the same, but all inner pages gained a PR,

    does anyone know if the SERP rankings are being changed/updated too?

    My page rank doesn't seem to rise from 0! I am getting at least 100 unique visitors per day and I have submitted it to heaps of directorys but it wont rise :(

    Just when I think the latest page rank update is final, the gyrations begin again. Very hard to figure out some page rankings too as I have witnessed swings from PR0 to PR4 and back again.

    A PR update is happening this very moment.

    However the PR updates are usually every quarter. i.e. every 3 months

    In my opinion page rank does help but it is not the final verdict for the site. If your 100 uniques is half decent traffic don't worry. I have several PR 3 sites that maybe get 20 uniques a day if I am lucky.
