For overseas people it takes around 1-2 months for the PIN. But if your account was closed then it shouldn't matter?

my friend, you will not see any money if i got right what you just said. If your account was closed due to invalid clicks, well you can say ADIO to master G.
There is still a chance of 0.00005 % that you will get your account opened again if you prove that nothing was wrong, but even in this case you will not get your money back.

Well, if you only received invalid clicks, then you should have received a warning email first telling you about the problem. Unless of course, Google treats overseas publishers differently and you did not receive an email about this.

Your account should not be closed unless Google says it is closed.

Can you post what they told you in the email, please?

It can help us to better help you. Thank you.

I don't think the account was closed, maybe it is just a warning letter.
