    some people say 8th or 4th of next month, maybe rumor
    but now I saw some PR change on my site, I mean, now, right now

    If you notice carefully, they have already changed their update frequency so expect it to be a random affair.

    How come the PR still changing? I thought the update was over? I saw some of the site's PR is also changing too!

    From now on, it will go into the normal cycle of 3-4 months, as Matt Cutts has mentioned in one of the comments. Going by that we can expect it around Jan-2009

    It's hard to tell that and I think it unnecessary to tell that,though in my opinion the next update won't come until the end of November.I think we should pay more attention to the improvement of our own websites (their SEO,traffice etc)

    I think it may be the start of January. I think they may start making it into the usual routine of every 3 - 4 months.
