    what a load of rubbish.

    PR and SERPS is updated and rearranged every day. Googel only export a historical representation of that internal PR to the toolbar every 3-4 or so months.

    What tool? Did you even look at the page that feras80 linked to? It was not even a tool. It was a list of dates in which google has exported PR to the toolbar.
