When is the Next Google Update?

Does Google Update its database on a regular basis? Is the Google dance monthly? Anyone know when is the next Google dance? Sorry, I have been out of the Google scene for a long time now.

Are there still data centers where you can check if the dance has started?

As I replied in the previous thread, google dance happens when google tries to determine your site position in the search engine. This is something that happens all the time, mostly on new domains while building backlinks. It's not something planed, and google does update its database continously indexing thousands of pages with its algorithm.

Google just rolled out the Panda update, so I would not expect another update for a few months.

 

This day i had some backlinks update on my websites and i saw that i lost a lot of backlinks.
About google dance, i can say that this one is only for new websites.

 

By the end of June, we may see a full PR update from Google team

I do not know but last week I got 12 backlinks in my site. So updates is going on.

 

After the caffeine update Google has started updating its index on regular basis... which is why dancing does mot exist anymore.

Yes. data centers are still active for answering user' queries. Since dance does not exist, you do not need to check it anymore.
