When is next Google Index update?

    I have done Seo for my website. I would like to know when and how often google updates it's index?

    The index is updated constantly, there is no set update time frame.

    Maybe you mean PR (page rank) update? Thats likely to be soon- but really doesnt effect rankings all that much- PR goes up and down but rankings mostly stay the same....

    google index updates almost daily, if your talking about pr it happen once in 6 months lately it happened after an interval of 3 months so you never know exactly when the next pr update would happen.

    My seo webmaster told that once google index the websites, my website will be in top 2 for a particular keyword. He said that it will happen on or after Feb15th 2008. Can i believe him? Once his statement is true, i let you all know my website and the keyword.

    Can I be Blunt?

    No one can tell you absolutly that your site will rank (unless there is no competition) and no one knows exactly when Google will update- it is due however dates? unlikely

    New sites being new content to jump up to top results however they then suffer a google bounce and settle down to where they should be(no one jumps to the top in one move)

    Sorry- I think you are being feed a lot of #@$%& !

    google updates its index very often, one day, I see my site on top, the next day, its gone.

    google updates PR after 3 to 4 months
