Hi, First tell me that from where you get the 10000 directories having PR 9?? I don't think that so many sites with PR 9 is available. Secondly directory submission is not so much useful now a days. Its better to focus on other on off page SEO techniques rather than wasting time on so much directories.
directory submissions can still be useful but getting 1000+ in one go is probably not going to bring much benefit. I would bet my house on the fact that over half (even over 3/4) of the directories are low quality meaning little value would be passed through. Also Google may not even index half of these directories. Money is better spent on building 1 or 2 quality links (that can still be from directories) rather then adopt this strategy.
It's better to go for Quality over Quantity. Post your site on quality directory sites and don't rush after numbers.
Like webdev007 said, think quality of quantity. With the money you would've spent on directory submission, you should find quality websites and even pay them to be on the site.
As others already mentioned, rather focus on quality directories. There's no point to submit your site to 10000+ directories if half of them doesn't even worth anything in terms of PR.
It is usefull to submit your site to directories, but do not forget, QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. But if you submit your site to 1000 directories and you get approved in all, do not aspect to get the first place on google for a specific keyword, directories are not made for sending you trafic, just for improving the domain authority, page authority.
Directory submission is not so important,you can go for other seo off page technique rather then submitting to directories.
