When I right click on desktop the language of the small window coming in Arabic Lang.

    How can I change this laguage from Arabic to English? I tried in the Regional Language option in control panel. In that window, in advanced option it was Arabic. I changed it to English . that time it asked for XP Cd. I followed the instructions. after restart when i right click, instead of english there came Question marks...how can i get rid of this

    do you have restore points activated? if so, save your most recent work and restore back to a date before you activated the arabic..
