Every two weeks and however you chose to accept payments. Check your account and payment settings. You can set a minimum so see what that is set to and until you reach whatever limit that is odds are you will see nada.
Not quite so simple, I'm afraid! Every two weeks initially. Then every one week or two weeks, whichever you prefer. Not "however you choose to accept payments". (Not by PayPal, for example). There are only two options, actually, and one of them is compulsory, to start (and compulsory permanently for some people). Your first three payments must be by check. After you passed your payment threshold (you set your own, anything from $10 up) and after you fulfil the "customer distributor requirement" (complicated but explained on their site and you only have to fulfil it once - the first time). Then if you got 3 checks within a certain period, and if you live in a country where they pay by direct deposit to your bank account, you can choose to get paid that way thereafter. Complicated, in other words. You really need to read the appropriate sections of their web site pretty carefully.
