When I click on other products option it auto-redirect to AdSense homepage?

I have a Hosted AdSense account and now I would like to show ads on my website www.eatformula.com . So, I would like to convert it to not hosted account. For this I have follow this step the other products option. And the problem is that,

When I click on other products option it auto-redirect to AdSense homepage? Why I can't Upgrade my account. Please help me in this.

Note: I have verified my address with PIN in thie adsense account.

It is media.net ads which show Google Adsense. But not from Google adsense

Ohh. This code I have got from page level ads. And my problem is not that. Why I can't upgrade my Google Adsense account!!

When I make the website i monetized it using media.net ads. And then I make Google Adsense account using Youtube channel.

And it's pin verified. So, I would like to show Google Adsense on my website.

But when I click on Other products on Adsense account it redirect to homepage of Adsense. That's all

 

Can you see My Ads -> Ad Units? If you do, just click on +New ad unit to create a new ad.

 

It shows blank space

 

Where is everyone.? Please help
