When I can apply to YPN?

    I live in israel;

    and I want to apply to YPN!
    When I can apply?

    and when Yahoo will open YPN for all publishers from all over the world??

    You can apply anytime you want, but the problem is that you won't get in unless you are from the US. As to when it will be open, please search the forums, and you will find out that A) this question has been asked way to many times, and B) none of us know. We don't work for YPN.
